By using MemoryFilm you agree to these terms.

What we make

We turn the story and photos you give us into a short film using AI models. AI-generated characters won't look exactly like you, and details, movements and voices may differ from what you describe. You approve your characters and every scene before filming, and you can ask for changes to individual shots afterwards, within the number of changes your film includes.

Your content

You must have the right to use everything you upload, and everyone shown in your photos must have agreed to be in the film.
Don't upload photos of children, of anyone who hasn't agreed, or anything unlawful, sexual, hateful or meant to deceive or harass.
You keep your rights in your story and photos. You give us permission to use them only to make, store and show your film to you.
The finished film is yours to keep and share for personal use.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are handled securely by Cashfree. Because every film is generated specially for you, payments can't be refunded once your film has started, except where the law requires it or we fail to deliver it. Fair use

To keep the service working for everyone, there are limits on how many films you can start each day and how many times a story, character or shot can be redone. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the film concerned.
