MemoryFilm is a digital product. Nothing is shipped: your film is made online and delivered on this website.

How you get your film

Your scenes: after you pay, we paint every scene of your film. This usually takes 10–30 minutes, and we email you when they're ready to check.
Your film: once you approve the scenes, we film them and put everything together with music. This usually takes 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on its length, and we email you when it's ready.
You can watch and download your film from your account on this website at any time, and share it wherever you like.

If it takes longer

Occasionally making a film takes longer or runs into a problem. Everything already made is kept, so trying again only makes what's missing. If your film hasn't arrived within 48 hours of your payment, write to anushaj1947@gmail.com or call +91 86889 39132 and we'll sort it out (see Refunds & cancellation).
